Will switching IT providers cause us issues?
When taking over your IT systems, we’ll complete a full audit of your systems, doing our best to catch any issues before they arise. Unfortunately, the main issues we encounter when transitioning services are caused by the outward IT provider. While co-operation isn’t required, it makes the transition significantly easier for us and your business. We recommend keeping them on side if possible.
Can you cover all my IT requirements? (maybe not)
While we try and cover all the bases, IT is a massive industry and we simply can’t be experts at it all. We aren’t afraid to admit when we can’t do something – but more often than not, we can recommend and oversee consultants, in specific fields, to get your project completed.
What are Managed Services going to cost?
Managed services is by far our most popular offering; we will tailor the pricing to your business based on your setup complexity, support needs and certification requirements. A good average figure is £55 per user per month plus VAT.
